Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid consultations booked directly with Abel Consulting Group ("ACG").

Consultation Fee

The initial consultation is a focused 30-minute advisory session priced at $500.

Payment is required at the time of booking. An appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Cancellations 48 Hours or More Before the Appointment

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you may choose either:

• A full refund to the original payment method; or
• Complimentary rescheduling to another available appointment time.

Cancellations Between 24 and 48 Hours Before the Appointment

If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

You may, however, reschedule the consultation one time to another available appointment without an additional consultation fee.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Any request to reschedule within this period may be accommodated at ACG's discretion but is not guaranteed.

No-Shows

If you do not attend the scheduled consultation and have not canceled or rescheduled in advance, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Any subsequent consultation will ordinarily require a new booking and payment unless ACG agrees otherwise.

Late Arrival

The consultation is reserved for the scheduled appointment window.

If you arrive late, ACG may provide the consultation during the remaining scheduled time, but the appointment generally cannot be extended because of a late arrival.

A late arrival does not entitle the client to a partial refund.

Cancellation by Abel Consulting Group

If ACG needs to cancel a confirmed consultation, you may choose either:

• A full refund to the original payment method; or
• Complimentary rescheduling to another mutually available time.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method.

After ACG initiates a refund, the time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment processor, card issuer, or financial institution.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.

Repeated rescheduling, or requests outside the terms described above, may be declined at ACG's discretion.

Separately Scoped Professional Engagements

This policy applies to consultations booked through ACG's standard online booking process.

Projects, implementation work, ongoing advisory services, custom deliverables, and other separately scoped professional engagements may have their own cancellation, termination, deposit, and refund provisions contained in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or engagement agreement.

Consultation Credit Toward Additional Work

When applicable, the $500 initial consultation fee may be credited against the first invoice for a larger professional engagement initiated within 90 days, as described by ACG at the time of booking or engagement.

Receiving a refund of the consultation fee eliminates any corresponding credit toward a future engagement.
